El Campello
El Campello is a city just 13 km from Alicante, it has 23 km of coastline. The city has a large promenade with golden sand beaches and an attractive marina where you can also find a multitude of international bars and restaurants, as well as all kinds of boutiques. International schools such as the Liceo Francés de Alicante are located in El Campello. El Campello has a modern city center with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and leisure and health facilities.
The city has easy access to the N332 and the AP7 motorway. Urban transport such as the Tram or the Bus is frequent and allows you to completely forget about the car, all services can be done on foot or by urban transport. The Metropolitan Tram leads from Alicante to Denia through Campello, serving practically the entire municipality, crossing it from north to south. Campello has 12 stops in its municipal area and lines 1 and 3 (one by train and the other by tram, respectively) circulate. On an urban scale in Campello, the L1 connects the urban nucleus with the northern part of its term and the L3 with the southern area.
The population of Campello amounts to 26,043 inhabitants. The municipal area of 55.27 square kilometers borders Alicante, San Juan Playa, Muchamiel, Busot, Aguas de Busot, Orcheta and Villajoyosa.
