Lo Pagán

Gestalihome sells homes in Lo Pagán,

a district of San Pedro del Pinatar; It is located on the coast of the Mar Menor bordering to the north with Los Cuarteros and to the south with Santiago de la Ribera, which is a district of San Javier. It is toponym of the Pagán and Ayuso family; specifically Pedro Pagán and Ayuso, a 19th century character who owns the "Vistabella" farm, who also gave his name to a street in San Pedro del Pinatar.

The beach is called La Puntica and it is one of the first used in the Mar Menor since since the end of the 19th century it had booths and spas that went into the sea, the only one that remains is the Floridablanca spa. In the middle of the 20th century, the extension of some areas of the beach with sand from other places was increased. It also has a fishing pier and a marina-yacht club. As it is a tourist destination on the Costa Cálida, this name is often given to the set of beaches and facilities in this district and those around it.

The most important festival is the pilgrimage of the Virgen del Carmen, it is celebrated on July 16 and the image is transported from the Church of San Pedro, to be shipped and taken for a walk through the Mar Menor; at night he returns with the image after a day of festive activities. At night you can enjoy a variety of Pubs in the well-known "Curva de Lo Pagán" which was reopened towards the end of 2012.

To the north is the natural park of Las Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar.
