Buyers from the UK will be able to visit Spain to buy a home from Monday! ✈️

In case you missed this week's news, we are happy to confirm that there is light at the end of the tunnel for home buyers from Britain.

As of Monday 29 March, UK travel restrictions will include a list of "valid reasons to travel" outside the country, including travel "in connection with the purchase, sale, rental or lease of residential property "according to the new legislation.

Permitted activities include visiting a real estate agency, a developer's sales office, or a show home, viewing residential properties for rent or purchase, and preparing a property for move-in.

The good news keeps coming. Starting next Tuesday, March 30, the Spanish government will remove restrictions on flights from the UK! Travelers will still need a negative PCR test performed no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
